Lost Package

All of our Gold and Platinum jewelries are shipped with signature requested trackable parcels, which means it must be received and signed by you or an individual living in your address.

It is your responsibility to monitor the shipping progress by the tracking number we provided. You can simply reschedule the delivery date or held the shipment at your local pick up point for pick up in person by presenting a valid government issued ID.

Regrettably, we can not be held liable for any packages that may be lost during transit. It is the recipient's responsibility to track down the package. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to support you in this matter. We highly recommend that you choose a secure delivery address, ideally a location where someone can receive the package in person.

Wrong Shipping Address 

It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have entered an incorrect shipping address.
